What does it cost?

A commission per move-in, agreed up front. No per-door fee and no monthly minimum. If we do not fill units, you do not pay.

What channels does it use?

Text first, because that is what renters answer. Email as well, including replies inside the renter's Zillow thread. Voice is on the roadmap.

Which lead sources does it catch?

Zillow, Apartments.com, and whatever ILS you list on. New sources take about a day to add.

What about my data?

Each building's data is isolated, verified by automated tests, and backed up nightly off-site.

How long does onboarding take?

A day or two. One kickoff call with your team and we are live. Your second building goes even faster.

Does it replace my onsite team?
